Manuscript Preparation
- Author(s) must prepare a two-column paper in English. Paper must be 2 (two) pages of A4 size in length, including all texts, references, figures and photographs.
- Any submitted paper that exceeds two pages will be rejected.
- The first page must include the title of the paper, author(s), affiliation(s), and the E-mail address of the corresponding author.
- Follow the IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings format. Download paper template below:

- Create a PDF format of your paper.
- Compliance to the IEEE format is mandatory and can be done using the PDF eXpress® tool at: https://ieee-pdf-express.org. Conference ID: 57493X
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
First-time users should do the following:
- Select the New Users – Click Here link.
- Enter the following:
- 57493X for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
