All participants to the conference are required to register and pay the registration fee.
Ringgit Malaysia (RM) payments are only accepted from Malaysian participants. Others are required to pay in US dollars (USD). Local Order (LO) payment method is not accepted.
Author registration and payment must be made by SEPTEMBER 30, 2023. The original manuscript can only be uploaded after registration payment is completed, the IEEE Copyright Form is submitted via EDAS, and a presenter for the paper is selected.
A full registration covers two (2) presented papers. A student registration covers one (1) presented papers.
The presenter of a paper must be an author of the paper.
EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION
All participants are eligible for discounted early bird registration fee if full payment is received by AUGUST 15, 2023.
IEEE/IET/IEICE MEMBER DISCOUNT
IEEE/IET/IEICE members are eligible for a discount on the ISAP2023 conference registration fees. Members are required to update their IEEE/IET/IEICE membership number in their EDAS profile before registering. Members are also required to bring along their current IEEE/IET/IEICE membership card for verification at the conference.
STUDENT RATE
Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students are eligible for student rate. They are required to indicate and update their student status in their EDAS profile before registering.
Bring along the Student Identfication Card and/or IEEE/IET/IEICE Membership Card to the conference for verification.
CANCELLATION POLICY OF ISAP2023 REGISTRATION
- Cancellations before 31st August 2023 will be subject to charge 20% of registration fee
- Cancellations before 30th September 2023 will be subject to charge 50% of registration fee
- No refund will be made for cancellations after 30th September 2023.
- No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because a visa is not issued.
- No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because of travel delays or missed flights.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
- If the physical conference is unable to proceed due to the pandemic the event will proceed on-line. No refunds will be provided.
- We suggest you have travel insurance to cover all eventualities including the change or format or cancelation of the conference.
PAYMENT METHOD
Note: Payment using Local Order (LO) / Purchase Order (PO) is not accepted.

The participant will be required to email a scanned copy of the payment transaction to isap2023@apmttemc.org.
Please allow 7 working days for ISAP2023 financial chair to confirm payment and TPC will register the participant at EDAS manually on his/her behalf. Only then the participant is allowed to upload the final manuscript on-line.
